Apart from some personal bloggers, we can see that most blogs deal with services and products. These blogs blog in order to gain traffic to their website and how is that done? Linking a blog post to a website is not that complex but it’s easy as a pie. Read on.
Linking via Text Keywords
When you write a post, keep in mind that you should at first write something that will be of interest to internet users and blog subscribers. It should be informative so that visitors will come back again whenever they require any future reference. When you are done with a genuine, informative content, you should also make sure that you include main keywords that internet users would search online and which will in turn list your company up too. Once you are sure that you have the keywords in place, you link your website to each keyword.
Linking via Images
You can also link a site via images on the blog post (the above image is an example). First select perfect pictures insert them on your blog post and link them to the site. Make sure you give alt attribute to the images so that the images will also get list up in Google image search. For example, you are writing about a software development company or you are providing information on Android Application Development, choose pictures that will portray the blog post perfectly. Now, provide alt attribute to the images.
