Microsoft Exchange Programming
The exchange connection in Microsoft CRM moves incoming CRM email to MS if it has GUID in its subject. You can also change this logic and you may refer to MS Exchange SDK OnSyncSave event handling and simply apply some MS CRM SDK programming.
