First, know what is your position online. You can start by Googling your name or the company's. Try it out in any form with or without your first and last name together. Go through the results up to the page where your name genuine name appears. See whether there is any negative information that will hinder your prosperity and make up plans to eliminate them.
Go on with setting up a Google alert. You can do this by signing up in Google and setting up an alert related to your name or the company's. When you are done with that, Google will send you email in order to confirm whether you would like to receive the updates. Accept it and from then on, you will be alerted whenever you have your name published on the web. Not a single IT outsourcing company will be there who doesn't sign up for this.
If in case, you name appears not in a way you would like to in a particular website and you don't have the authority to remove them, you may contact the website owner to get your name removed. If you do this in a way desirable for you/the company and the website, the website owner will surely yield to your request.
